Please verify your selections very carefully,
as we are not responsible for your typos or errors
while adding products to the shopping cart. If the product
arrives damaged or if we made an error on your product,
we will gladly replace the product free of charge. No refunds once an item has been shipped.
A 15% charge is applied to all cancelled orders or changes after an order has been received, processed and sent to the designer. No cancellations or refunds once the designer starts work on your personalized product.
We are not responsible for online pricing errors or product description typos.
Some products might require additional charges for extra lines of text, extra characters, extra logos, or custom design work. We will notify you ASAP if your order needs adjustment. We will not apply any additional charges without contacting you and receiving your permission.
We are not responsible for any shipping delay once the items have been shipped by the designer. If time is critical, please contact us concerning expedited shipping options.
All of our items are custom made for you. For most items, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. For invitations, birth announcements and moving cards, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
